How does KlearStack integrate with QuickBooks?

Linking your QuickBooks account with KleaStack takes less time than making a cup of tea. Once you’re set up you’ll be able to upload the photos or PDFs of invoices or receipts from your device using our KlearStack app. All that’s left to do is review and publish to QuickBooks in a single click. Steps to achieve the integration :

  • If you are a first time user, get your KlearStack credentials from our support team.
  • Login to KlearStack. You will be redirected to KlearStack’s Invoice Home screen.
  • In the Home screen, Click on Connect to QB app, and Sign in with Intuit.Once you’ve signed in, the export to the QB button and the Disconnect button will appear.

  • Approve the invoices you want to export to QuickBooks, using KlearStack’s ‘Approve‘ button
  • Select the approved invoices and click on the Export to QuickBooks button and respective Bills will be generated.
